No apprenticeship will take you further than a Jaguar dealer apprenticeship. And we don't just mean in your career, either. With our unique Apprentices are MAD (Making a Difference) programme you'll have the opportunity to travel to the distant corners of the world for a truly life-changing adventure. You'll be involved in Apprentices are MAD from the moment you start your apprenticeship, participating in a series of community-based fundraising events which culminate in the final year of your programme with your jetting off on your own MAD Adventure, a fantastic initiative designed to build personal and teamworking skills through a series of practical character-forging tasks. The venue will be exotic, but the weeklong project is anything but a holiday – it’s a voyage of discovery and a test of resilience that many participants rate as the most amazing, rewarding and unforgettable experience of their young lives. You won't find anything like Apprentices are MAD anywhere else in the automotive industry!
Most prospective apprentices' parents will have worked somewhere where there was a sign on the wall saying: 'You don't have to be mad to work here - but it helps.' Well at Jaguar you do have to be MAD to work here. For us, MAD means 'Making a Difference', and it's one of the central reasons why a Jaguar dealer advanced apprenticeship is unmatched when it comes to helping youngsters to discover and fulfil their potential.

Apprentices are MAD will involve you in all manner of fundraising activities to support projects that final year apprentices will be supporting during their MAD Adventure. Then in the final year of your advanced apprenticeship it will be your turn to live the wonders of a MAD Adventure somewhere in the wilds of the world, while younger recruits will support you and your peers in Making a Difference that really matters to the people whose community you'll visit.

Over the past four years the efforts of our apprentices have helped raise many tens of thousands of pounds for international community projects operating in some of the poorest parts of the world. Details of previous community projects are listed below to whet your appetites!
